超声波洗碗机的结构设计 THE STRUCTURE DESIGN OF ULTRASONIC DISHWASHER 摘要 在科学技术不断提升和经济快速发展的现代社会,各种各样的新式电器开始出现在人们的生活中,它们也在逐渐融入现代家庭,为人们带来便利。相比于老式电器新型电器更高效,更节能,更环保。在这个大环境下,中国也在大力发展家用电器行业,在不断的竞争淘汰之后留下了一批具有国际影响力的企业。Haier就是其中的佼佼者。现在中国的大部分家庭中都有一两台电视机、洗衣机或冰箱,但是人们对于家用洗碗机还是处于一种比较陌生的状态。洗碗机在中国的家用电器行业可以说是一片还没开发好的新领域。其实我们不难发现其中的原因,人们印象中的洗碗机都是用喷臂涡轮进行水流冲洗,这对中式餐具的特殊结构并不适用。这直接造成了洗碗机清洗效果差,效率低下,能耗较高,不受消费者的欢迎。为了改变洗碗机人们脑海中的尴尬印象,提高洗碗机的清洗能力我们需要更好的清洗机构,超声波洗碗机的概念从此而生。超声波洗碗机能在三个方面对传统洗碗机进行改良。在结构上超声波洗碗机的清洗槽选用不锈钢等不易磨损产生异味的材料,而喷臂辅助清洗装置,进排水系统和超声波清洗系统来提升清洗效果和优化整体结构。在清洗工艺上,设定合理的的参数来保证清洗效果。 关键词超声波;洗碗机;结构设计 Abstract Improve the scie
