电风扇塑料叶片模具设计 摘要 本次设计的题目是基于UG电风扇塑料叶片模具设计,结合自己所学的知识,通过对UG环境的认识,然后对塑件成型工艺的详细分析,深度剖析电风扇塑料叶片的结构形式、在使用中的性能,甚至包括电风扇模具设计时精度的高低程度。在本设计中,通过对成型零部件,浇注系统和分型面的全面的设计,并且通过计算,确定了对电风扇塑料叶片的温度控制系统的设计,通过分析,然后根据自己所学的知识进行计算,最后确定塑料成型模具材料的选择,同时,也确定对注射机型号的选择。最后本设计用UG8.0创造具有三维实体的模型,并且用UG绘图版本测绘出电风扇叶片的二维工程图,通过这样一系列的分析计算,最后设计出电风扇塑料叶片的模具。并且生成工程图。通过这次设计,让我对模具有了更深层次的理解,并且更加坚信模具美好的未来。随着科学技术的发展,模具必将迎来更加广阔的天空。 关键词:UG;电风扇;注塑模具;浇注系统 ABSTRACT The topic of this desig
