土豆去皮清洗切片一体机
摘要 在土豆的生产和加工上,需要有先进的设备来实现完成土豆的去皮清洗的过程,清洗了还需要进行切片处理,这样的设备在我国的发展中是比较常见的,因为土豆在我国家家户户都是一种比较常见的蔬菜,如何在设计上更好的将一体机的结构运用在一个设备上,实现多功能的特点。达到节能减排,提高工作效率,实现本次设计的一个重要的作用。并在设计上克服现有的去皮机的清洗设备在使用上的效率低等问题。在设计上使得去皮机清洗和切片的工作能量在不连续的使用、工作中实现稳定的设计要求,成为当前实现去皮机结构系统的研究的一个重点。在去皮机的强度上和设计的方向上有很多的不确定性,以及去皮的间歇性上会存在的一些不正常工作等特点,给去皮机清洗和切片在使用上和同时实现清洗上带来了一定的难度。因此,现在的科技发展中,对一体机设备的开发和技术的研究上,实现多功能的工作方向,采用去皮机的位置的生产制作等,对于在去皮机设备上提高去皮机的一个工作的效率,使得去皮机设备实现高效的合理利用去皮机的作用,这样的方式在现有的技术发展上具有重要的科学上的研究的价值。 关键词:去皮、土豆、切片、系统 Abstract I
