摘要
纸箱捆扎机是用捆扎带捆扎纸箱,完成捆扎作业的机器。工作时使用捆扎带缠绕纸箱,然后收紧并将两端通过热效应熔融或使用包扣等材料连接。本设计的纸箱自动捆扎机捆扎部分,由送带、退带张紧机构,捆扎封接机构、压带机构、捆扎带导向机构组成。
本文首先,通过对纸箱自动捆扎机现状进行全方位调研,在此基础上提出了捆扎部分方案;然后,设计并校核了各主要构成件的结构及强度;最后,通过AutoCAD制图软件绘制了机械手装配图、主要零件图并采用Pro/E软件进行三维设计及运动仿真。
通过本次设计,巩固了大学所学专业知识,如:机械原理、机械设计、材料力学、公差与互换性理论、机械制图等;掌握了机械产品的设计方法并能够熟练使用AutoCAD制图及Pro/E软件进行三维设计软件,对今后的工作于生活具有极大意义。
