摘要
本设计是关于对称式三辊卷板机的设计,主要对卷板机上、下辊及减速器进行设计和计算。
设计前部分详细阐述了卷板机上、下辊结构设计和受力分析。板机结构型式为三辊对称式,在该结构中上辊下压提供压力,两下辊做旋转运动,为卷制板材提供扭矩。它具有结构简单、体积孝重量轻、经济、等优点。动力源则选择了YZ系列YZ160L—6型电机,其工作特性优于Y系列电机,适用于有轻微震动,正反转且转速不高的场合。
总体设计后部分所涉及的减速器采用了三级展开式圆柱齿轮结构。齿轮材料为40Cr,并经调质及表面淬火。校核齿轮、轴、键、轴承确保了设计的实际可行性。
