摘要
随着汽车工业的蓬勃发展,各种各样的高性能高性价比的汽车应运而生。发动机的冷却系统在整个汽车的作用上起到了不可替代的关键作用。本文在分析了汽车散热器的各设计要求的基础之上,提出了比传统的设计方法更为完善的设计方法,并且提出了散热器的优化设计方法。散热器的传热特性、流动特性和耗材量等都是结构设计的主要指标。在设计方面,汽车散热器的很多指标都会影响散热器的性能,而这些指标都是相互关联相互制约,如果采用了传统设计方法不仅会耗时,而且会在主要指标之间产生取值上的矛盾,所得到的方案结果只是一个可行的设计,而不是最优设计。本课题的主要工作是为管带式散热器热力性能的优化,确定了波距w、波高H对散热器散热量Q达到最大散热性能和空气阻力最小的最优值为目标的目标函数,对影响管芯式的散热器,使热力性能主要的参数进行优化,并计算,使行驶的汽车既能有很好的散热性能又使汽车行驶阻力降到最低,既能提高发动机的动力性又能提高经济性。
