摘要:本文主要介绍了发酵罐的主要设计步骤。在工艺计算中,大致计算了发酵罐筒体的筒径,高度。选定了封头形状,确定了夹套高度和搅拌桨叶的分布。对搅拌功率进行了试算,选定了电机功率。参照相关的标准和参考资料对发酵罐受内外压情况下的筒体壁厚,封头壁厚,受内压的夹套壁厚进行设计计算。对支座,凸缘,安装底盖,法兰,人孔等进行了选型。参考《机械搅拌设备》对搅拌桨进行了设计和强度校核。同时,按扭转变形,根据临界转速,强度计算,和轴封处允许的径向位移四种方法对轴径进行计算和强度校核。参照国标规则,运用等面积补强的方法对接管开孔进行了开孔补强,最后对搅拌设备的制造,检验安装进行了简要说明 设计结果:设计出了工作容积为10m3的发酵罐,筒体材料为,内筒壁厚为,内径为,夹套厚度为。筒体高度,采用机械密封及三层搅拌桨形式搅拌。机架采用机械密封和单点支架的配合,支座采用支撑式支座支座。搅拌轴轴径为。 关键词:发酵罐;搅拌桨;搅拌轴;强度校核;开孔补强 The desig
