摘要
液压站是由电机带动油泵旋转,将机械能转化为液压油的压力能,液压油通过集成块(或阀组合)被液压阀实现了方向、压力、流量调节后经外接管路传输到液压机械的油缸或油马达中,从而控制了液动机方向的变换、力量的大小及速度的快慢,推动各种液压机械做功。
本文是对FGY1D液压站进行设计计算,FGY1D液压站是矿井主天轮制动装置的一种动力装置,它由电液调压装置、液压站二级制动集油路、安全制动装置、蓄压器装置组成。本文需要对FGY1D液压站进行功用分析、液压系统设计、结构设计,完成FGY1D液压站总图,各部件设计图以及主要元件和部分零件的图纸。我先进行总体方案设计,再对各部分装置及主要部件进行设计,包括对主要元件的选用、设计及计算来完成对FGY1D液压站的设计。
