JH-20回柱绞车设计 DESIGN OF JH-20 COLUMN WINCH 摘要 绞车是用来提升牵引重物的起重机械。因绞车的操作容易、能轻易移动故而被广泛使用。在建筑、林业、工业、矿场等中多用绞车来提升下降物体。 当今社会机械技术卓越发展的情况下,绞车扮演着一个越来越重要的角色。此次研究设计的对象是JH-20回柱绞车。它整个系统的核心关键是在于它的传动系统,因此在此次设计中使用了圆柱齿轮传动和涡轮蜗杆传动的两级减速传动。这种传动系统能使得它整个系统结构稳定。研究中对绞车的重要零件进行了研究设计,从而为绞车保证它的高性能。为了确保绞车工作时的安全,设计中使用的电动机拥有防炸的性能,并且有各对应的开关来操作。 文章的主要内容为:1对主轴进行分析。从所学的相关知识中,研究了该型号绞车主轴的重要零件,树立了设计研究的相关力学模型,从而发现设计主轴的根本办法。2根据此次研究的绞车设计要求,分析减速器的设计原理,随后在试车实验中验证是否可行。最后对实验的结果进行研究。本文所得的研究成果对绞车的设计有着重要的参考意义,且能为下一步的研究进行了重要的铺垫。 关键词: JH-20绞车;制动装置;主轴 Abstract Wi
