WHXC1702零件数控加工程序编制
摘要
WXHC1702零件是一个孔系箱体零件。箱体类零件的加工,不但包括多个加工部位,而且还涉及许多种加工工艺,例如镗、铣、钻、铰以及攻丝等加工方法,并且对加工的精度要求也比较高,但是数控加工中心是可以通过自动换刀装置从而实现一次装夹就完成多道工序。因此,采用数控加工中心加工箱体类零件较适合。
数控加工是一种运用数字化信息对机械运动及加工过程进行控制的加工方法,由预先编制好的代码程序控制刀具运动。具体编程过程可以总结为:以分析零件图为基础,制定零件的加工工艺,绘制刀具布置图以及选取每把刀的切削参数,并在计算机上利用
UG数控编程软件完成零件的三维造型、刀具的选择和加工方式、填写切削参数、生成刀具轨迹、完成轨迹仿真,并通过后处理生成要求的最终NC代码。在此基础上,利用手工编程添加指令实现由三轴控制到四轴控制的操作。最后通过检查得到较为合理的箱体类零件加工的数控程序。以此实现对WHXC1702箱体零件的数控加工。
