半自动管接头液动旋紧机的设计 摘要 本次设计的题目是半自动管接头液动旋紧机(二)。因为旋紧机在抽油泵加工中起到很重要的作用。 此次的设计液压旋紧机是应用于筒式深井泵的内衬螺旋夹紧的半自动专用设备。可以对长6m、直径为90到110mm的泵进行旋紧。此次的液动旋紧机主要分为两部分,一部分是液压旋紧机构,一部分是上联和送料机构。本设计主要是上料和送料机构液压缸一柱塞运动实现了夹紧和松夹,液压缸二柱塞运动实现了送料和退料。本次设计的部分主要有夹紧机构齿轮齿条传动机构升降机构,滑动机构以及支撑机构。所设计的底座包括导轨,焊接机座等。本装置结构简单,维护方便,操作简单,制作成本相对较低。本机床使可以将泵体的两端帽进行旋紧,使泵的内衬套同心的连接在一起而不松。 关键词液压旋紧;支撑机构;机床底座;送料机构 Abstract The subject of this desig
