本田节能竞技赛车转向及传动系统设计含3张CAD图+说明书
本田节能竞技车转向及传动系统设计 摘要 随着人们生活水平的提高,能源节约、环境保护问题日趋严重,人们的关注程度也越来越高。 本文以中国节能竞技车大赛为背景,以本校已有的竞技车为基矗同时整个设计在满足大赛要求的基础上,以省油为主要指导思想,减少竞技车复杂程度和轻量化。本次设计对竞技车的转向系、传动系和离合器进行改进设计。首先对竞技车的总体方案进行了确定。然后对转向机构进行设计,运用CATIA对其进行实体建模,同时利用CATIA的运动仿真对转向系进行了仿真模拟运动,验证了转向机构的合理性。通过对相关期刊的研读,通过其中大量的实车试验数据,确定了传动系传动方案为链传动,也确定了离合器的改进方案。 关键词:转向系;传动系;离合器;CATIA三维建模 ABSTRACT As people's livi
