摘要
在玉米的收获阶段,如何又快又好的完成玉米剥皮的工序,一直是困扰农民朋友的一个问题,因此,玉米剥皮机出现了,玉米剥皮机能够极大地提升玉米剥皮的效率,减轻农民的负担。本文所要研究的对象就是玉米剥皮机。由于当前的玉米剥皮机的功能已经足够强大,基本能够满足使用。因此,本文的研究重点就是由如何设计玉米剥皮机转向改进玉米剥皮机的功能,找出当前的玉米剥皮机存在的问题,并有针对性提出改进。本文包括的内容有玉米剥皮机的结构设计、功能设计以及零部件的强度设计,还有就是改进后的功能的可行性分析以及玉米剥皮机在使用过程中的保养维修等。本文的创新之处在于,通过对于各种剥皮辊的长度、形状以及装配位置等的选择,提升剥净率;通过对于喂入口的分槽设计,降低发生机器卡死的几率,提升机器的使用寿命;通过对于压送器的设计,即采用压伏式结构显着地提升了压送效果,降低了成本。通过对以上内容的设计创新,提升了玉米剥皮机的工作效率,保证了玉米剥皮机的工作效果,降低了农民朋友的劳动强度,而且,由于本文的研究成果中,创新之处花费的经费不多,使得创新之后的玉米剥皮机满足经济的使用要求,因而更适合在在我国的广大农村推广使用。
