硬币整理机的设计
摘要
本文设计的内容是关于硬币整理机的设计,题目为硬币整理机的设计,本项目属于工程设计型-理工类应用现代化创新设计。该装置主要负责中国当代硬币的快速分拣、计数实现硬币的自动化分离操作,真正的达到高效、便捷、可靠、解放劳动力的效果。据了解在我国现代硬币的整理工作基本上还是依靠人工来完成,依靠人力来分拣、整理如此大量的硬币,完成如此巨大工作量不仅效率低,工作时间长而且浪费生产力。在这种情况下全自动硬币整理机就显得尤为重要。硬币整理机的设计可以快速、可靠、便捷的完成硬币整理的工作,从未大大降低了劳动力的浪费,本文分析了如何利用不同种类硬币的不同点来确定最终的设计方案,最终确定根据不同类型的硬币,直径大小不同来确定设计方案,本文主要运用两相向旋转的弹簧来使硬币在梯形状筛料板上进行筛选,同时弹簧也起到保证硬币保持竖直状态,然后运用斜坡将筛选出的硬币运出装置,后经过红外线等装置计数实现硬币的分离计数功能,最终完成了设计。本文首先了解了中国的基本国情,然后了解了中外硬币整理机的发展现状和特点,根据不同种类硬币的不同点讨论了相关方案实施可能最终确定了设计方案,并对硬币整理机的结构做出了详细的解释,再结合中国的国情需要完成了整个硬币整理机构的设计。
