ng device for gloves 摘要 科技的发展推动着生产力的提高,现如今的社会是一个迈向自动化的社会,用自动化的机械代替人工进行重复且繁重的生产作业是大势所趋。PLC以及伺服电机和气缸是现如今广泛应用于自动化产业的设备,这些设备的应用大大降低了自动化设备的生产成本,为自动化机械的普及提供了条件。 纤维手套是一种消耗量巨大的医用产品,在纤维手套的生产中卷边和翻面是最繁重的两个步骤,传统的生产技术是通过人工来完成这两个步骤,然而人工操作不仅效率低下,且由于手套的消耗量大故需要雇佣许多工人来进行生产,这使得手套的生产成本过高。 本次设计采用PLC控制技术,通过伺服电机以及气缸的运动,完成手套加工中最为繁重的卷边以及翻面过程,减轻工人的劳动强度,降低生产成本。 关键词手套;自动;卷边;脱模 Abstract The developme
