落料冲孔倒装复合模的设计
THE MOLD DESIGN OF THE BLANKING AND BACK-UP COMPOSITE DIE
摘要
本文设计了落料冲孔倒装复合模,这属于冲压工艺的模具设计的一种。通过对工件结构的分析,确定落料和冲压工序的先后。随后在设计了三种设计方案,在经过对比的情况下,选择了落料冲孔倒装复合模。在确定了模具的设计方案之后,经过分析,确定模具的各个装置结构。在选用了合适的排样方法后,通过计算,算出模具的压力中心与凸凹模的刃口尺寸。利用计算的数值来选用适当的压力机及相应的模架,以及选用合适的装配方案。
