泡沫混凝土保温板横向切割机的设计

摘要
泡沫混凝土又称为发泡混凝土,其做法是在胶凝材料、改性剂、掺合料等材料中加入发泡的化学发泡剂而成。在初步制成材料后,再经过搅拌、浇注在磨具内使其成型,形成的一种内部含大量封闭气孔的新型、保温、轻质的建筑材料,且是一种绝缘型材料。由于在内部形成了诸多的封闭型气泡孔,所以会使混凝土具有轻质、保温、隔热等诸多的优点。
本课题设计了一种泡沫混凝土坯料的切割装置,其功能满足了对泡沫混凝土保温板坯料需切除上下废料的要求。通过查阅相关资料及调研,拟定泡沫混凝土横向切割机总体设计方案。采用上下双锯条的框架结构作往复直线运动实现对坯料的切割;对锯框的设计实现刀具在纵向间距可调;通过对刀具的选择,实现可高效、经济的连续切割方式。水平方向的运动利用滚筒、滑带与电动机的组合实现对毛坯的推送。
大致描述了进料机构的运动机理和结构。机器具有操作容易、方便、结构简单等特点。可由此为基础上根据要求升级为所需设备。
