机械式下水道固液分离装置设计含SW三维及11张CAD图+说明书
摘要 在生活中家里的洗菜池有污物过滤网,但是需要人为定期清理污物,经常会忘记清理导致污物流入下水道,即使是及时清理,也难免有一些污物流走,虽然每次进入下水道的污物比较少,但是时间长了,人数多了就会导致下水道堵塞,海水污染。 本次设计所研究的“下水道固液分离装置设计”,比较全面的描述了下水道固液分离装置设计的全过程,从固液分离的性能分析开始,相继对装置结构形式、分离装置设计、叶轮模具设计等问题,系统的论述了下水道固液分离装置的设计过程。设计中拟采用全三维结构设计技术,利用SolidWorks三维软件对固液分离装置进行三维建模,确定了分离装置、传动装置、动力装置的整体布局等,并进行了叶轮叶片的塑件工艺分析、成型零件设计、拟定模具结构、用CAD软件绘制模具的二维图,明了的展示了整体装置的结构和叶轮叶片的模具结构。 关键词:固液分离;注塑模具;三维设计 ABSTRACT I
