摘要
本课题专门针对量杯充填形卧式包装机的结构进行设计。该包装机计量最大范围100ml,包装速度50-70袋mi
n,采用三边封。此类包装机的计量装置主要采用可调容量式充填量杯,量杯由上下两部分构成。在进行容积微调时,可以有两种方式实现:首先一种方法需要人工来操作,通过改变结构上的上量杯与下量杯的位置,使另一种调整也开始进行,并脱离人工操作。达到自动操作。封口和充填采用直移型袋成型-充填-封口机构设计以及采用间歇式牵拉机构对薄膜进行牵引。在以此为前提的情况,为了使设计的包装机达到我们现代化的要求,例如使结构变得简单,容易操作,简显易懂,为了节省经济的浪费,让经济性更加可观。因此使用热板加压封合在横、纵封的时候,在切断的部分选用热刀熔断。三角板成型器主要由等腰锐角三角形平板、导辊和固定支板联接而成。由于它可以当制袋规格有较大变化时有良好的适应性,因此在各种机型上被广泛使用。我们通过三角板成型器这种特殊的成型器,实现将薄膜折迭成型,因为本次操作的容量包装速度是可变的,所以也采用了无极调速装置,无极调速装置通过内部的旋钮的顺时针和逆时针旋转带动了可锥盘进行上下移动,这样就完成了我们本次设计的技术要求,实现完整的无极调速过程。本次设计我们选取的无极调速装置,是一种结构简单的装置,它的传动性能很稳定,而且声音很小,不会影响工人们的工作效率,防止噪音污染,并且凭借了简单的操作,和很高的工作力,使其在包装机械的应用中广受好评,应用广泛。使用这样的量杯填充型卧式包装机,不但能够增加生产产量、减少劳动强度、保护了环境,节省了材料,还有利于保证被包装产品的卫生、提高产品质量、延长产品的保质期,甚至可以减少包装场地面积,节约基建投资,赢得更多的利润。 关键词包装机结构设计计量 Abstract This paper desig
