高精度车铣复合机床电主轴部件设计含3张CAD图+说明书
高精度车铣复合机床电主轴部件设计 摘要 车铣复合机床是近代工业发展的标志,基本实现了高速化、高精度、多功能的现代化要求;其中必不可少的也尤为重要的部件就是此次设计的主要结构电主轴,其精度直接影响机床的加工精度,制造业为满足市场需求,必须要开发研究更先进的、更自动化的电主轴部件。 此次设计完成了电主轴系统设计,包括电机轴承的选型以及轴承使用寿命的计算、主轴各段尺寸以及主轴强度刚度的校核、装配二维图、主轴零件图和箱体零件图,设计了主轴结构,以及主轴工作线上的法兰盘、隔套、螺母等零部件,另外还设计了需要保证机床正常运行的保护设置,密封装置和迷宫环等,箱体的冷却降温结构设计等。 本次设计使用二维计算机设计软件AutoCAD进行了电主轴部件结构的装配图设计和使用三维设计软件SolidWorks进行了箱体三维建模。本设计提高了机床加工精度,实现了机床的高速性能,充分体现出了多能化的车铣复合技术。 关键词:车铣复合机床;电主轴设计;主轴;结构设计 ABSTRACT CNC Tur
