测微仪架加工工艺及夹具设计
[摘要]本次是对测微仪架的加工工艺规程设计和其中铣槽工序的专用夹具设计,在零件图的分析下,根据实际生产经验和导师指导的基础上,通过对比多个加工工艺方案优选制定出加工工艺过程。在实际生产过程中,必须按照设计出来的工艺规程规定的方案进行加工,所以制定工艺规程必须要在一定条件下以低成本、高效率的加工完成出符合图纸及技术要求的零件。
在制定出合理的工艺方案时,通过任务书上的要求做出工艺设计说明书和夹具的结构设计。在夹具进行设计时,要求对定位、夹紧等各个部分的计算以及总体布局分析,最后绘制出夹具装配图和零件图。
