涡轮-蜗轮减速器箱体工艺及夹具设计 摘要 箱体型的龄件它是我们很多种齢件中的一种非常典型的加工齢件,它所具有的加工的工艺的规程和工装的设计很有典型,所以在本次的设计的内容涉及是一个箱体的工艺的设计。这次所涉及的内容是我们蜗轮减速箱体的制造的工艺以及工装夹具的设计。 根据所掌握的蜗轮箱体的零件图再来分析它的加工的精度、表面粗的糙度、技术的要求、再来量一下蜗轮箱体的加工的基准,所以涉及出的蜗轮箱体的工艺路线;然后对蜗轮箱体的每一个这次对蜗轮箱体的零件要设计两套专用夹具。这个专用的夹具为铣底面和镗孔的的结构合理性和不足的地方,并且在以后的设计中注意修改。 Abstract It is the age of a box body, a lot of us i
