多功能果蔬去皮加工机设计 摘要 主要介绍了以磨削原理为基础的,适合食品加工厂等场所使用的水果去皮机的设计要点,水果去皮机主要由动力部分,传动部分,料仓和机架等部分组成。电机轴上带轮通过V型带向大带轮传递动力,大带轮再通过键向与之紧密联结的主轴输送动力,带动工作圆盘转动,水果被不断挤压,与筒壁内摩擦片碰撞,表皮被磨削掉,然后冲洗,准备下一工序。通过对原始数据的分析,方案的论证比较,和有关数据的分析计算,完成了水果去皮机的总体方案设计。 关键词:水果去皮带传动电主轴磨削 Abstract This paper mai
