摘要
本课题是对电风扇各零件进行设计达到理论结合实践的综合性环节。通过运用SolidWorks软件绘制出零件的三维图;结合计算和绘图,反复修改,计算和设计交替进行,正确地确定产品各零件的总体设计;电风扇主要由护罩,护盖,风叶,电机,扇头,底座,连接头,立柱,底座组成,综合运用SolidWorks、AutoCAD这两个软件,绘制出产品成型零件图和产品结构装配图;经过分析总结,编写产品设计过程说明书。通过本次课题研究,基本上掌握产品外形设计的一一般规律;通过计算、绘图和运用技术标准、规范、设计手册等相关资料,进行产品外形设计的全面基本技能训练,基本上掌握产品外形设计的一般方法,?并熟练使用SolidWorks、AutoCAD进行电脑绘图,为以后从事产品与产品设计工作打下一个良好的实践基矗主要运用到了SolidWorks中的拉伸、阵列、旋转、扫描、挖壳,进行电风扇各个部件的设计;然后再将设计的部件进行装配。
