贴膏治疗仪外壳的注塑模具设计 摘要 LED紫外线贴膏治疗仪为一种治疗仪器,专门配合药物来治疗皮肤癌症,是一种新型的医疗器械。本设计主要对治疗仪的造型进行设计,充分考虑其功能性,提高使用舒适度和便携度,并选择支撑架即中间层进行模具设计。 设计中,参考现有市面造型,对外形及内部结构进行重新设计,并使用solidworks对零件进行建模,并进行应力分析和掉落测试。模具设计中模架选择中小型标准模架,其余零件按照标准选择标准零件。 贴膏治疗仪做到了近距离治疗,高效率治疗,低成本治疗,高安全性的治疗。对于治疗皮肤癌来说,低成本和高度的安全性是其未来的发展趋势。而LED紫外线贴好治疗仪将会成为带动此趋势的新一代不可缺少的产品。 贴膏治疗仪能够使患者在家使用,大量减少患者的治疗时间,节省患者的精力,节约患者的金钱。同时,治疗仪配合相应的药物,也可为患者减少手术化疗等方法的时间,使患者的痛苦大大降低。 关键词:治疗仪;模具;注塑;分析 ABSTRACT LED ultraviolet plaster therapy i
