枫叶形塑料果盘的注塑模具设计
摘要
对塑料果盘的注射模结构采用侧浇口的进料,一模两腔的模具结构。材料采用性能良好的聚乙烯(PE)。依据给定的塑件资料和图片,通过对注射模具的型芯上端面加工工艺路线设计,计算夹具夹紧力及切削力,工序专用夹具设计、完成注射模具。最后,在CAD中,绘制注射模具型芯的夹具图。
