剪叉式升降舞台液压系统设计
[摘要]近年来我国对液压升降舞台机械的制造设计及应用方面,虽然有了长足的提升,但是在舞台机械液压控制方面还有非常大的进步空间。我国与欧美等发达国家在这方面仍有较大的差距。剪叉式升降舞台是用于娱乐场所,突出歌唱者和表演者的动态效果,提高舞台动态档次,增加整体娱乐气氛的固定设备,因为它的剪叉机械结构使升降舞台的起升有较高的稳定性,也有较为宽大的表演平台和较高的承载能力,适合多人同时同台表演。它的安全更有保障。广泛应用于各表演现场,结婚现场及颁奖现常本次设计是参照固定式升降机设备进行设计。主要是针对剪叉式升降舞台的液压系统的部分进行设计与改善。首先对舞台的结构做了简要的建模与说明,接着分析舞台液压系统的基本参数,然后进行液压系统原理图的选择与设计,最好选择相符合的液压元件与验算系统性能。
