充电器外盖逆向设计及增材制造 [摘要]这篇主要介绍的是对充电器外盖的逆向设计及增材制造的过程。通过学习逆向设计和增材制造的原理以及流程,了解到其主要目的是对产品实物模型来进行修补,改良和创新。本设计过程先通过对充电器外盖实物模型进行手动测量,采集得到原始数据,然后使用Solidworks建模软件进行三维建模,在建模的过程中对充电器外盖模型进行分析、修改最终得到理想的三维模型。依据三维模型数据,通过3D打印(增材制造)将充电器外盖各零件打印组装。在设计过程中,运用在校学习的机械制图、机械设计及Solidworks相关软件等知识。 [关键词]逆向设计;增材制造;Solidworks;三维模型。 Reverse Desig
