头枕框架注射模设计
摘要
针对塑料制品的要求,了解塑件的用途,分析塑件的工艺性、尺寸精度等技术要求。
本设计是针对某公司头枕框架塑件进行注射模具设计,其材料要求为ABS。在模具的设计过程中,首先合理分析塑件材料的使用特性和工艺特性,接着从塑件结构工艺性、模具总体结构出发,对模具的浇注系统、模具成型部分的结构、顶出系统、冷却系统、排气系统、注塑机的选择及有关参数的校核与计算进行详细的设计,同时进行三维建模、绘制模具总装配图及模具零件图。通过整个设计过程表明该模具能够达到此塑件所要求的加工工艺。
此说明书介绍了头枕框架塑件的模具设计,考虑到注射机的大小,模具采用一模一件的形式,直接浇口进料,注射机选用XS-ZY-1000,有合理的排气系统和冷却系统。在模具设计的过程中,采用了UG三维造型, AutoCAD绘制总装图及各成型零件图,并编制加工工艺卡等零件的机加工工艺。
