固定片冲孔落料复合模设计
摘要
本文主要介绍固定片冲孔落料复合模设计过程,该复合模专门为零件(固定片)生产工序中的冲孔工序和落料工序而设计的。用这种复合模生产的好处在于能够很大程度上提高零件的生产效率与产品尺寸稳定性,还能与自动化设备接轨,一次成形;一套冲孔落料复合模,可以很大程度上节省零件加工时长与投入的人力,主要因为省略掉了两道加工工序,不需要多台机床生产加工;该复合模的设计过程:首先分析该零件加工工艺,确定零件使用材料和技术要求,再来设计出模具的尺寸,选出合适的标准件(符合模具尺寸),组装出该复合模架。
