齿轮链轮套塑件的注塑模设计
摘要
塑料制品已经成为现代生活必不可少的工具,注塑模设计成型是塑料加工的重要手段。注塑模注塑成型工艺解决了塑料产品大批量生产问题,加速了塑料制品的推广。模具制件成品精度高,可以实现大批量生产,材料简单,所以生产成本低,能耗低。
本次是齿轮链轮套塑件的注塑模设计,选用的材料为PA塑料。此次模具的制作使用一模二腔,模具制作时进料使用侧浇的方法,之后根据各项参数,选用适合的注射机,根据具体的各项参数设置浇注系统、冷却系统、成型零件、排气结构、脱模结构。最后使用Auto CAD作图,同时用CREO绘制3D图辅助设计。
