旁路式旋风除尘器设计 摘要 旋风除尘器是一种除尘设备，它一种利用离心力将粉尘颗粒从含尘气体中分离出来的装置。本主要设计了一种旁路式旋风除尘器，包括有除尘器的原理性的概述、整体结构、选材、关键零部件的强度校核以及安全防腐等。相比于一般的旋风除尘器，旁路式旋风除尘器多了一个螺旋旁路分离室，其对于5μm以下的粉尘颗粒有高效的除尘效果。 本次设计以经典旁路式旋风除尘器为基础，在指导老师的教导下和查阅大量有关除尘设备的资料，逐渐分步完善的。在的设计过程中，我深入学习了许多与化工、机械有关的知识，理解了主要影响旋风除尘效率的因素，了解了旋风除尘器的结构构造，也用CAD画出了零件、装配和说明样图等图纸，最后根据以前所学的专业知识和查阅了解化工类的知识，以及一些研究方法，综合设计出一款基本符合所给条件的旁路式旋风除尘器。 关键词：旁路式旋风除尘器；强度校对；除尘效率;安全防腐；构造设计 ABSTRACT Cyclo
