汽车发动机连杆的钻Φ10H9孔夹具设计及加工工艺规程含非标6张CAD图
摘要 对于汽车来说,最重要的动力总成就是发动机,对于发动机来说,重要的零件就是连杆,它是用来对动力进行传送的,连杆工作的地方环境非常差,作用在上面的力也很大,所以说,生产发动机连杆的时候,生产工艺要求是很高的,在这个基础上,研究连杆的生产过程,主要说明的地方有加工工艺,设计夹具,生产机器的切削配合公差等。主要介绍了发动机连杆的生产工艺还有详细的过程,设计夹具来对孔Ф10H9进行钻,铰加工,主要是设计产品的生产工艺,设计工艺流程,设计专用夹具。在进行设计的时候,首先分析了产品,之后按照工艺把坯料的构造算出来,将产品的生产基准定下来,从工序的数据将切削生产量算出来;之后设计夹具,主要设计的是夹具的结构,还有夹具的零部件,将定位偏差算出来,这篇对连杆进行设计,希望能够为这方面提出些有用的建议。 关键词:发动机连杆;加工工艺;工艺规程;夹具设计 Abstract E
