偏心轴的钻φ10孔专用夹具设计及加工工艺规程装备制定含4张CAD图+说明书
摘要 此次课程设计包括了偏心轴零件工艺过程的设计和专用夹具设计两个部分,因为此前没有设计夹具的经验我在设计之前在网上查阅了相关资料并参考和借鉴其中的一些经验以此改进我的设计。 此次设计研究的目的就是为了更好的掌握机械制造的大致流程以及具体的设计方法,我的设计方法是因考虑到自己经验不足所以参考专业书籍根据自己的题目加以改进从中汲取经验。我的设计结果满足了夹具定位基本原理和重要计算结果的验证。结论是在设计偏心轴机械加工工艺过程时要通过查表法准确的确定各表面的总余量及余量公差,合理选择机床加工设备以及相应的加工刀具,进给量,切削速度、功率,扭矩等用来提高加工精度,保证其加工质量。根据零件加工要求制定出可行的工艺路线和根据夹具定位误差是否合理选择夹具方案,以确保零件的加工质量。 Abstract This course desig
