润滑油-水U型管换热器设计
[摘要]换热器是用于各种物料之间进行热量传递的过程设备。
在U型换热器设计过程中,严格按照GB150-98《钢制压力容器》和GBT25198-2010《钢制压力容器封头》等标准进行设计和计算。
在本次的设计过程中,包括了两个部分:计算部分和绘图部分。计算部分主要是对筒体、封头、管板、换热管、法兰、折流板、拉杆、鞍座等进行了设计和选型,并且,对壳体和管箱进行了开孔补强计算,最终选择了U型管式换热器。除此之外,还参阅相关的设计手册及大量的文献,完成了一张总装配图和3张零件图的绘制。
