166F左箱体的加工工艺设计
摘要
166F左箱体用于专用的组合机床上,左箱体壳体是安装左箱体各机件的基础件,起到安装其他零部件、保护传动机构和盛装润滑液的作用。本主要是箱体的加工工艺及制造。主要涉及箱体毛坯的选用,以及使用数控加工中心对箱体进行铣削,孔加工。其中还包括箱体的材料选用,箱体的工艺过程,箱体的加工过程,刀具选用,刀具转速的确定以及切削进给量的确定。
