前刹车调整臂外壳的机械加工工艺及钻Ф13孔及Ф16锪孔夹具设计
摘要
夹具的作用是将工件定位,以使加工工件获得相对于机床和刀具的正确位置,并把工件可靠地夹紧。夹具的利用率高,经济性好,使用元件的功能强并且数量少,缩短停机时间、提高生产效率。所以夹具的设计是必不可少。
本次设计的题目是外壳-前刹车调整臂的机械加工工艺及钻削Ф13圆柱孔及Ф16锪孔夹具设计。外壳-前刹车调整臂对前刹车调整臂进行支撑保护。结合零件加工的重点和难点,从零件的结构分析入手,合理的进行定位基准选择、夹具的设计、各种刀具参数选择以及切削用量的选择等。在安排工艺过程时,根据加工要求不同,需要粗精加工分开。另外还确定了切削参数,工时定额,并填写了工序卡片。还设计了一套钻削Ф13圆柱孔及Ф16锪孔的夹具,并进行了定位误差分析。
