摘要:本文基于节省材料,低成本,简单安全和高效的原则,通过对国内外技术调查的抽样分析,该装置的关键部件和实验研究提供了性能基矗设计原理是:当电动机带动丝杠轴旋转时,添加到凹槽中的材料由于自重而使螺旋叶片表面旋转,但是由于丝杠的轴向推力,叶片向一个方向被推向卸载。在物料口处,物料被排出以达到输送物料的目的。该输送机的输送机由NGW行星齿轮减速器驱动。NGW行星齿轮减速器具有体积小,质量小,传动比大,承载能力大,传动平稳,效率高的优点。
