摘要:书本胶边切割器用于切割回收书本的胶边。主要介绍了通过剪切原理,适于废纸回收场所使用的书本胶边切割器的设计要点、系统组成和工作原理。书本胶边切割器的主要构件包括:动力装置、传动装置、输送装置、切割装置。动力装置是由电机对整个机器提供动力源,为整个机器提供动力保障;传动装置是V型带轮和减速器,实现动能转速的转化;输送装置是由链条和特质的挡板组合而成,将书本输送至切割处;切割装置由圆形锯盘构成,对由输送装置传送的书本进行胶边切割。通过对各零部件的各项数据进行比较、分析、计算、论证以及选取,最终完成了书本胶边切割器的设计。
