摘要
设计“阀盖”零件的机械加工工艺规程及工艺装备,并绘制出调速杠杆零件图、毛坯图、夹具装配图,填写工艺卡片,编制课程设计说明书。
通过该课程设计,将所学理论与生产实践相结合,锻炼了自己分析问题、解决问题的能力,在这个过程中我独立地分析和解决了零件机械制造的工艺问题,设计了机床专用夹具这一典型的工艺装备,提高了结构设计能力,为今后的设计及对自己未来将从事的工作进行了一次适应性训练,从而打下了良好的基矗
本设计可以提高生产的效率,提高公司利润。可以更精确的加工零件,也方便了操作者。
