摘要:板栗作为一种人们经常食用的食品,其营养价值丰富,但是板栗剥壳是一项令人头痛的事情。目前市场上还没有完全适合于家庭使用的板栗剥壳装置,本本着节省材料、成本低廉、安全简易、效率高的原则,立足于家庭板栗剥壳机的设计与研制,完成的基本工作如下:通过对板栗的物理特性调查取样分析,为装置关键部件和试验研究等层面提供了性能依据,在经过理论的指导合理的设计出板栗机械装置的结构,主要设计包括有驱动设计,传动设计,进料口设计,废料收集设计,电器控制设计等,通过对各工作部件的设计,试制出板栗剥壳样机械装置并进行模拟试验,以求得剥净率、损伤率的最佳试验性能参数,进而对板栗剥壳机的性能作出优化设计。
