WY100液压履带挖掘机工作装置设计
摘要
液压驱动形式挖掘机机器设备是工程领域机械设备里很重要一种,拥有比较高技术方面含量。工作装置是液压驱动形式挖掘机机器设备主要结构,机构每个基本铰点以及他具体结构方面设计,决定了液压驱动形式挖掘机机器设备作业总体性能,影响他最后使用过程里面性能好坏。
本文设计的题目是WY100基本型号液压形式履带结构挖掘机机器设备总体结构及作业机构设计研究。这种类型的挖掘机与其他机器比,因有较好的基本性能而使用最为广泛,对松软类型基本地面或沼泽形式地带还能够运用加宽形式、加长形式以及浮式结构履带部件来降低接地作业总体比压大校
本文设计基本内容有:挖掘机机器设备总体类型及发展概况、液压驱动形式挖掘机机器设备总体结构设计,作业阻力载荷求解分析、工作机构设计、液压驱动形式挖掘机机器设备工作机构受力载荷分析和强度大小校核、挖掘机机器设备作业装置液压系统设计。
