摘要
本课题主要是设计尾座体的加工工艺及夹具的设计,在设计中采用先设计该尾座体的加工工艺在根据加工工艺来选取夹具的设计的方案和夹具的具体设计;而设计的重点是夹具的设计。由于工件的孔17和14都要以底面做为基准加工,故首先得做出底面的加工夹具。由于孔17的精度要求高,和定位尺寸误差小,为保证孔的位置和加工准确性我们一定在加工底面的时间通过画线找出底面的加工余量。这样就可以更好的保证孔17的位置和加工精度!加工孔14的夹具其实就是在加工底面夹具的基础上加了一个45度斜度板。加工孔17的时间为保证相对于A和B面的平行度我们就得要准确的设计出以A和B面定位的夹具!还考虑到工件的圆度和圆柱度的误差小,我们设计的夹具就具有对孔17的夹具定位准确,和加工时间的震动小的要求,那就得在孔17的附近找个定位加紧点!
