轿车前车门设计-汽车前门设计含13张CAD图+说明书
摘要 车门是车身结构中一个重要而复杂的总成,熟悉车门结构的功能要求、结构特点和较见的结构处理方法是车门结构设计的基础;另外,在具体的结构设计过程中,正确的方法、步骤是实现合理设计的关键,如车门总体结构的确定、附件的布置及运动校核、结构的统一协调和强度、刚度、可靠性等方面都有一定的规律和要求。 轿车门由门外板、门内板、门窗框、门玻璃导槽、门铰链、门锁及门窗附件等组成。内板装有玻璃升降器、门锁等附件,为了装配牢固,内板局部还要加强。为了增强安全性,外板内侧一般安装了防撞杆。内板与外板通过翻边、粘合、滚焊等方式结合,针对承受力不同,要求外板质量轻而内板刚性要强,能够承受较大的冲击力。 通过对国内外车身技术的发展趋势的回顾与理解,我们用现代计算机技术与国外先进的流程化设计思想,对车门基本结构与组成进行相关分析;然后我们对车门的开发流程进行了相关研究。 关键词:密封条;门附件;轿车车门;车门内板;升降器 ABSTRACT Car body door is a
