红薯分级分选机的设计
摘要:本文分析了中国国内外红薯分级分选机的研究和发展现状,对未来进行了展望,设计出了一种新型红薯分级分选机构。该红薯分级分选机是由分级滚筒、传动机构和电动机组成。采用电动机提供动力,通过带轮传动机构,将运动和动力传送到直齿圆柱齿轮减速器,然后再通过链轮传动机构,将所需的运动和动力传送至分级滚筒上,从而实现红薯的分眩整个机构简单且易于操作,便于维护,提高了生产效率,降低了劳动强度,为实现红薯加工机械化与规模化提供了前提。
