多功能小型拖拉机变速器设计 摘要 拖拉机变速箱要求有足够的排挡数,各档的传动比应与要求的传动速度相适应,使拖拉机有较高的生产率和经济性。要有空档便于停车;换挡方便,并能防止同时挂档两档,防止自行挂档和自行脱档;而且结构越简单越好。 本文阐述了拖拉机变速箱的齿轮、轴等零件的设计与校核。本设计利用4×2的换挡方式实现速度的改变。针对平面出图问题,我利用Solid Edge建模在投影的设计思想,直接形象的看到变速箱的模型。把计算出的所需参数,如齿轮中心距、齿轮齿宽、轴长度和直径等数据就可以画出零件的基本造型。再将所有零件立体图进行装配就可以得到变速箱的立体图形,将其进行平面视图投影,就可以得到装配图的基本造型。 该拖拉机的行驶参数如下:最低速度为2.12km/h的爬行档或最高速度为28.12km/h的高速运输档(8+2),供选装。爬行档装置,速度0.41-1.36km/h。这里爬行档为2档,爬行机构设置在副变速箱中,并用离合器改变爬行与正常行驶的切换。倒档是通过惰性齿轮改变轴的转动方向实现的。 关键词:拖拉机;变速箱;设计 Abstract Tractor tra
