油缸清洗结构设计 摘要：本文的研究以油缸结构部件的清洗机器设备为题，产开了系列的研究，具体的研究内容如下所示：第一章节的任务在于对油缸结构部件的清洗机器设备在我们国家和西方发达国家的一些研究的情况，通过比较分析了解了我们国家在这个领域和西方国家的一些差距，并为以后的发展以及追赶提供了一个比较清晰的方向。第二章节的主要任务在于对油缸结构部件的清洗机器设备的总体的基本方案进行设计，对本文的基本清洗对象的基本结构以及基本要求进行了分析，并对清洗作业的基本流程以及工艺进行了设计确定等等。第三章节的主要任务在于对油缸结构部件的清洗机器设备的液压体系进行了设计。这就包含对整个液压类型的基本传动进行原理性的介绍，对其中的每个基本液压类型的元器件的基本使用功能进行了分析介绍。第四章节的主要任务在于对油缸结构部件的清洗机器设备的具体结构进行了设计分析，首先对油缸清洗机器设备内壁位置的清洗装置进行了选择设计，其次对油缸结构部件的清洗机器设备外壁位置的清洗装置进行了选择设计，最后对其中的轴结构部件进行了设计分析，并最终校核了其作业强度，证明是满足其工作强度的。 关键词：油缸；清洗机；液压；校核 Desig
