凿岩机缸体加工工艺及夹具设计
摘要:分析了凿岩机工况特点,为了保证凿岩机缸体的加工质量,提高劳动生产率,通过对凿岩机缸体零件的工艺分析,进行了缸体零件机械加工工艺规程和专用机床夹具的设计设计的气动车床夹具确保了缸体的加工精度,提高加工效率,减轻劳动强度,具有可观的经济效益。
