多用途轮式电动移动平台结构设计
摘要
自动引导车(AGV)是一种经济、高效、稳定的物流运输解决方案,目前它已经从汽车工业逐渐渗透到社会的各个行业。在农业领域,AGV也已经开始试验性的应用。但是,由于现有的农用AGV大多为工业AGV的改良品,所以效果还没有达到理想状态。本次设计就是针对农业的特点,对AGV的底盘进行有目的的研发,以使其适应农田的复杂环境。同时它还能搭载各种识别、收获装置,真正实现现代化的农业生产。
设计主要采用了农用轮胎来代替以往惯用的履带和舵轮,使用四个伺服电机作为驱动和控制原动机,其中两个36W的作为转向控制电机,两个150W的作为主驱动电机。它们再配合了大传动比的减速机后,可以输出高达90N/m的转矩。这样,即使AGV行驶在高低起伏的田间,也可以“如履平地”。加强型的车身不但宽敞,而且还可以容纳更多的设备,如机械手、红外线传感器、卫星定位仪等。
这篇说明书主要阐述了AGV底盘的设计思路和原理以及设备安全度的校核。
