防护罩注射模具设计 摘要 随着生活水平的不断提高,如今塑料制品在人们的生活中已经扮演了不可替代的角色,防护罩就是其中之一,它可以保护各种精确机器,防尘、防沙等,保证机器的精确度,是应用生产中必不可少的塑件,它能够防止由于坚硬颗粒状的灰尘及切屑、坚硬物质等进入轨道,而使得滑动平面产生磨损,能够减少导轨因操作变形对加工精度的影响,保证机床加工精度。然而现实生活中的这种器械是虽广泛应用,缺仍然存在很大的劣势,例如,选材不够经济,造型不够美观,不够耐拉伸性等问题都是值得研究提升的地方。本文是在观察了实际生活情况之后,专门对防护罩塑料注射模具进行了研究设计,整个过程充分利用了计算机三维软件Solidworks和二维AutoCAD,结合浇注系统、抽芯机构、推出机构、成型零件、导向机构等方面的知识,综合塑料模具的应用范围,以及所用材料的选择等等,在研究的过程当中,通过查询大量的书籍资料,在XXX老师的指导下和整个小组一致团结合作之后,终于有所结论,详情参考以下具体内容。 关键词:模具设计,防护罩,塑料模具 RED SHIELD INJECTION MOLD DESIGN ABSTRACT As livi
